What Sweeplan does
Sweeplan helps accommodation operators plan housekeeping. It reads booking information from the operator’s Beds24 account and turns it into cleaning tasks for staff.
Information we process
- Booking details from Beds24 needed to plan cleaning: room, dates, guest count and guest first name or initial.
- Staff accounts: name, optional phone number, username and a hashed password.
- Task activity: task status, notes and reported issues.
- Technical data: session cookies needed to keep you signed in, and standard server logs.
How it is used
Only to provide the service: syncing bookings, assigning rooms, showing cleaners their tasks and keeping accounts secure. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
Cookies
Sweeplan uses a single essential session cookie. No analytics or advertising cookies are used.
Storage and retention
Data is stored with our hosting provider. Task data is kept only as long as needed for operations and is deleted when the operator removes it or closes their account.
Your choices
Operators can edit or delete staff and task data at any time. Guests and staff can ask the operator, or Sweeplan, to access, correct or delete their information.
Changes
We will update this page when the policy changes and show the revision date.
