Terms of service

The service
Sweeplan provides housekeeping scheduling for accommodation operators, using booking data from their Beds24 account. During the beta, features may change, and the service is provided “as is”.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accounts you create for your staff, for keeping passwords safe and for the accuracy of the information you enter.
Your data
You keep ownership of your data. You give Sweeplan permission to process it only to run the service for you. See the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break security, overload it or access other customers’ data.
Third-party services
Sweeplan connects to Beds24. Your use of Beds24 is governed by its own terms.
Fees
The beta is free. If paid plans are introduced, prices will be shown on the pricing page and you will be notified before any charges apply.
Ending use
You can stop using Sweeplan at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sweeplan is not liable for indirect losses that come from using the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
Changes
We will post updated terms on this page.
